Our skipper and deckhand are here to show you the ropes and have you rigged up in no time. We are here to ensure your fishing experience is memorable with the right guidance.
Experienced fisherman, serious fishermen, up to the advanced anglers will also assist, that’s what fishing people do.
Half Day Private Charters and Full Day Private Charters
Fish some of the best spots in the Whitsundays. From deep sea, shoals to shallow coral reefs. We can tailor your private charter to your preference.
It’s not all about fishing either, we can also offer island adventures, beach visits and snorkelling.
Full Day Fishing Shared Charters – we do require a minimum of 6 people to confirm a shared charter departure.
We supply everything you need:
- Bait and quality fishing equipment
- Eskies and ice
- Bottled water
- Light snacks
- Catch put on ice, cleaned and filleted (filleting max. 2 per person)
- On board amenities
- Access to a hot plate on board (full day charters only)
- Hat, Sunscreen & Sunglasses
- Light casual clothing, sun smart is best.
- Light footwear
- BYO lunch and snacks (light snacks provided)
- You are welcome to bring your own fishing gear if you prefer (we do have everything you need).
- BYO alcohol (cans only)

Your catch will be kept fresh in our large eskies, provided they are legal.
We’ll bag your catch once it has been put on ice, cleaned and filleted (filleting max. 2 per person).

This is at the discretion of the skipper in consultation with the you, the charter guest, as we want to ensure you have the best time possible.
Kris is qualified skipper who is also the owner/ operator of Razorfish Whitsundays Fishing Charters.
He enjoys seeing people catch fish and to take home that prize catch. Trained to keep you safe while ensuring you and your group have a great time!
Light snacks and bottled water provided.
Please BYO lunch and snacks if you don’t believe light snacks will be enough.
Full day charters guests have access to a hot plate on board if you wish to bring sausages etc.
Razorfish is based at Airlie Beach. We can tow up and down the coast for an additional towing fees for example Bowen in the north and Mackay in the south.
We also cater for night carters on the reef or islands.

Private Charters Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 7-days prior to departure will result in complete forfeiture of the charter . If your charter is cancelled by your skipper due to unsafe weather conditions and circumstances out of our control, you are entitled to a date change (depending on availability and weather conditions) or a refund.
Shared Charters Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48-hours prior to departure will result in complete forfeiture of the full price. If your charter is cancelled by your skipper due to unsafe weather conditions and circumstances out of our control, you are entitled to a date change (depending on availability and weather conditions) or a refund.
Any loss or damage to tackle and the vessel will incur replacement or repair cost.
