At Razorfish Whitsundays Fishing Charters, we believe a great day fishing comes down to the right crew, quality gear and knowing where to go. With a maximum of six guests aboard our 7.5m Sailfish offshore catamaran, we offer personalised private and shared fishing charters backed by experienced local skippers, quality Shimano equipment and genuine knowledge of the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef.

From half-day trips to full-day reef charters and extended Outer Reef experiences, we’re all about making the most of your time on the water.

Whether you’re chasing your next personal best or planning a day fishing with mates or family, we’ve got a charter to suit.

Our standard departure location is Cape Gloucester Resort, with private charters also available from Airlie Beach and Bowen by arrangement. Shared charter departures may change to Airlie Beach depending on weather and fishing conditions.

I had been out with them 3 times and never had a bad trip. Yesterday (6/10/26) I went out again... this time to the reef. Skipper Amanda and deckie Kai did an outstanding job of finding the fish. First drop was mayhem as more than a half dozen nannygais hit the deck in rapid succession. A couple of ripping red emperor followed as well. Everybody took home a decent bag of tasty fillets. Amanda the skipper and Kai were great. We got onto some awesome spots for Nannygai, Red Emperor and an assortment of other fish. Amanda and Kai did an amazing job targeting the species we were chasing, got everything we were chasing. Friendly service, good gear and everything delivered as stated. We'll be back next year!

The boat was the perfect size for us to all have space to fish and Amanda and Kai were both incredibly hard working and helpful.
